Sales Dashboard

Introduction

• Designed and developed a comprehensive Sales Dashboard to provide a real-time view of sales performance and key metrics. Leveraging the data visualization tool Power BI, I transformed raw sales data into interactive and insightful visualizations.
• The data was loaded from an SQL endpoint after extensive exploration, the data was Extracted Transformed, and Loaded ETL using Power Query.
• From top-level sales performance overview to granular product analysis and regional trends, the dashboard provides a real-time view of critical metrics, empowering stakeholders to make informed data-driven decisions. Its user-friendly interface facilitates easy exploration of data, while the interactive features enable users to delve deeper into specific areas of interest.
• The Sales Dashboard was further empowered by integrating advanced analytics techniques like CUSTOMER BASKET ANALYSIS, Store Basket Analysis, etc.
• With this comprehensive Sales Dashboard, teams can monitor trends, identify opportunities, and optimize strategies, ultimately driving efficiency and propelling growth across the organization.

Basket Analysis Meticulously crafted Basket Analysis Page in Power BI provides a profound understanding of customer behavior by examining the relationship between two selected products. By leveraging this feature, users can effortlessly uncover valuable insights, such as the number of orders where both products were purchased together or the count of customers who bought those products. This comprehensive analysis empowers businesses to identify cross-selling opportunities, optimize their product offerings, and tailor marketing strategies to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction. With its intuitive visualizations and actionable insights, the Basket Analysis Page drives data-informed decisions that fuel growth and success.
	Filter Pane By incorporating a sleek and efficient filter pane into my Power BI dashboard, I have elevated the user experience to new heights. This innovative feature enables the seamless and hassle-free application of filters without sacrificing valuable active space on the page. Users can effortlessly explore and interact with the visualizations while having the flexibility to refine their data views with just a few clicks. The filter pane adds a touch of elegance and convenience, empowering users to dive deeper into the insights and extract meaningful information effortlessly.
Product Details A Dynamic and informative Product Details page within my Power BI dashboard, allowing users to explore in-depth insights and key metrics for any selected product. By simply choosing a product of interest, users gain access to a comprehensive overview of its performance history, including key metrics, historical trends, and relevant data. This feature provides a holistic understanding of each product, enabling data-driven decision-making, strategic planning, and the ability to optimize performance and drive business growth. With its user-friendly interface and wealth of information, the Product Details page empowers users to unlock the full potential of their product portfolio.
	Store Details A comprehensive Store Details page, enabling users to gain valuable insights into specific stores' performance. Select a store and access a wealth of information, including key metrics, historical data, top-selling products, store manager info, etc. This feature empowers users to make informed decisions, optimize store performance, and drive business growth by leveraging the comprehensive understanding of each store's performance. The Store Details page serves as a valuable tool for strategic planning, performance analysis, and identifying opportunities for improvement within the retail environment.
