[codex] Show community listing proof

[luoyuctl]

Summary

• expand README and Chinese README community-listing proof with recently merged listings
• add a lightweight community listings section to the project site
• keep npm unpublished wording and install paths unchanged

• The local untracked agenttrace binary is not part of this PR.
