Summary
Rationale
PR #9 changed the shipped agent skill templates for sparse provenance guidance. A patch release makes that update discoverable through fabric version --json and gives downstream installs a clear release point.
Impact
No protocol version change. This is a CLI patch version bump for the existing fabric/1.0 protocol.
