… cleared (S6-006) Hygiene-only state refresh recording what already happened: DECISIONS.md Project State Snapshot updated in place (Phase 3 paper validation running since 2026-06-11 per ADR-030/031, 632 tests, 2026-04-07 blockers cleared via KD-001/KD-002), KD-007 logs the S6-001 judge-deferred optional-null ctor dependency pattern question, and the strategy roadmap gains a dated state note plus ADR-031/KD-006 annotations (footer 2.1 -> 2.2).
