Upgrade from v3.3.0 with three migrations: - v4.0.0: commands → skills (rename .claude/commands/ to .claude/skills/) - v4.1.0: mode-specific rules → session profile agents (rules moved into agents) - v4.2.0: deterministic sync cleanup Adds 16 agent profiles (sprint-master, dev, qa, reviewers, etc.), exec-history-append.sh for dispatch mode, and BACKLOG.md.
