That's probably another uncontroversial one, so I'll go ahead and merge it right away. Just added the missing link to Open Collective and made some layout tweaks. |

Adds our Open Collective (with logo) to the sponsors list and adds a thank-you note to all sponsors and backers. Also made all logos the same size.
