Problem
Playwright E2E Tests CI was failing because \mlugg/setup-zig@v1\ tried to download a Zig version that no longer exists on the official server, returning HTTP 404. This caused the \Install Zig\ step to fail and cascaded to the \merge-gatekeeper\ blocking the merge.
Fix
Upgraded \mlugg/setup-zig\ from \�1\ to \�2\ in .github/workflows/playwright.yml. All other workflows already used @v2.
