• Aligns CI workflow filenames and display names to match Rokt naming conventions.

What Has Changed

• Renamed sdk-release-ecosystem-manual.yml → release-draft.yml (name: Release – Draft)
• Renamed release-ecosystem-from-main.yml → release-publish.yml (name: Release – Publish)
