Removed the Timeout property usage so that we could use both 3.5 and 4.5 versions of AWSSDK. I have also created two overloads without the timeout parameter so that the users won't use it now that it doesn't have any effect.
I've created an issue on the AWSSDK repository, when they resolve it we could bring the Timeout back.
