Summary

When a device's first dz_prefix is fully allocated it, this test verifies:

  • Users are initially allocated from the first dz_prefix
  • When the first prefix is exhausted, subsequent users get IPs from the next available prefix
  • All allocations are properly deallocated when users are deleted
