Hardened after a 12-agent adversarial self-review (the workflow caught real holes: cross-cutting standards, self-grading bias, asymmetric enforcement, the schema-block placement trap, the legacy-severity regex).

Skill (content-audit-master-prompt.md): new C15 native-language & locale integrity lens — two profiles (EN->EN native-quality only; EN->de-CH full apparatus), locale input contract, Phase-0 localisation brief + terminology matrix, the Native Reader skeptic (blind back-translation, >=2/3, deterministic orthography/Denglish overrides, symmetric precision-regression guard), mode-dependent scorecard, localisation deliverables + DoD. Gate-safe: check-prompts 13/13 (C15 is a sub-lens, 8-field schema block stays first, no new H2, no legacy severities).
Cross-cutting: ISSUE-OUTPUT-STANDARD.md gains a de-CH locale note all 13 audits inherit (+ ss fix + dimension:/effort: label canon + locale:de-CH, v1.1.0); DOCUMENTATION-STANDARD.md ss fix; lean label canon.
TERMINOLOGY.md (new): bilingual EN/de-CH glossary, Binding/Advisory tiers, the audit STYLE_REFERENCE.

Release pins stay v0.8.0; the formal bump-version v0.9.0 + tag follows after the re-run validates the optimized audit on this repo.

Verified: check-prompts 13/13 · checksums --check + sha256sum -c · schema-placement trap avoided · no legacy severities · ss=ß-free standards.

…ingual terminology

Hardened after a multi-agent adversarial self-review. Makes the content audit
produce and verify ORIGINAL, idiomatic, locale-fit copy — not a translation of
its source — for any OUTPUT_LANG, with German defaulting to Swiss de-CH.

- content-audit-master-prompt.md: new C15 "Native-language & locale integrity"
  lens (two profiles: source==target -> native-quality only; source!=target ->
  full apparatus), locale input contract (SOURCE_LANGUAGE, LOCALISATION_MODE,
  TERMINOLOGY_POLICY), a Phase-0 localisation brief + terminology matrix, the
  "Native Reader" skeptic (blind back-translation; >=2/3; deterministic
  orthography/Denglish overrides; precision-regression guard), a mode-dependent
  scorecard dimension, localisation deliverables, and DoD checks. Gate-safe:
  C15 is a Phase-1 sub-lens, the 8-field schema block stays first, no new H2,
  no legacy severities; check-prompts 13/13.
- ISSUE-OUTPUT-STANDARD.md: cross-cutting "Locale & de-CH" note inherited by all
  13 audits (ss not ß, German quotes, terminology per TERMINOLOGY.md); ss fix;
  label canon domäne:->dimension:, aufwand:->effort:, + locale:de-CH; v1.1.0.
- DOCUMENTATION-STANDARD.md: ss orthography fix (minimal).
- lean-audit-master-prompt.md: label canon to dimension:/effort:.
- TERMINOLOGY.md (new): bilingual EN/de-CH glossary, Binding + Advisory tiers —
  the content audit's STYLE_REFERENCE; linked from CONTRIBUTING.

Skill landed on main; release pins stay v0.8.0. The formal bump-version v0.9.0
+ tag follows after the re-run validates the optimized audit on this repo.
