A deleted-and-recreated repo (same name) gets ID-embedded immutable OIDC subjects (
repo:owner@id/name@id:...) — GitHub's anti-resurrection defense, not customizable away. Documents the failure signature (AADSTS700213) and the fix (update each federated credential's subject). Found empirically during the clean-slate reset.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
