A new dotenv repo for 2023 and beyond.

Notes to future self

1. This assumes zsh.
2. Install Homebrew manually.
3. Manually move files from configs into appropriate places or symlink if feeling spicy.
4. To install homebrew packages/casks/other chmod +x install && ./install
5. This does not install Docker for Mac
6. This does not install Oh My Zsh
