Sync settings page screenshot with current 6.x-dev rendering [ignore_release]

Description

Test-only change: updates the expected MicrosoftTeamsSystemSetting_settings_page UI screenshot so the 6.x-dev build passes again. Recent Matomo 6.x-dev styling changes shifted the inline-help text rendering in the settings form by a pixel, so the screenshot comparison fails on every 6.x-dev run (confirmed on two attempts of the same run). The new expected file is the CI-rendered screenshot from run 31582322149; there is no content or behaviour change.

2. Expected: the UI job passes.
3. Actual: the UI job fails on the MicrosoftTeamsSystemSetting_settings_page screenshot comparison.
