Adds the AltTriggerPhraseBtn extension to the extension list.

Get rid of ci-test

ps you have a lot of if (typeof escapeHtmlNoBr === 'function' && typeof escapeJsString === 'function') { style checks that make no sense to have. Of course those functions exist, and if they ever didn't you would want an immediate failure with errors in logs.
