add more docc documentation and the template for a tutorial this is all incomplete and needs work but now there's a template and foundation for documentationa and tutorails to be added
I'm pretty sure that if error is nil on the read data delegate method, then data is definitly not nil, so this should never be nil if for some reason i'm wrong, then the library will throw an error that can be caught AsyncCoreBluetoothError.unexpectedNilData
