Every entry rewritten as a one-liner (the PR-description-length paragraphs live on in the PRs themselves); a Highlights intro added (matching 19.8.0); the audio / texture-atlas / WebGL-batcher fix trains grouped into one composite bullet each. All 11 Added and 44 Fixed entries preserved, issue links kept, and contributor credits added (@Vareniel #1532, @NemoStein #1115, @asadullahbro #1538, the melonJS editor team for the shader-builtins design, the toFrameTexture initial approach, and the file:// loader fix).
