This commit adds a new Video component that provides a headless video player implementation. The component includes: - Basic playback controls (play/pause, seek, volume) - Keyboard shortcuts and visual feedback - Web Audio API integration for smooth volume control - Progress and buffering indicators - Fullscreen support - Screen reader accessibility - Built-in time formatting utilities The implementation follows a headless pattern with full control over styling and behavior.

This PR adds a new Video component that provides a headless video player implementation. The component includes:
The implementation follows a headless pattern with full control over styling and behavior.
There is still bunch of work left, mostly cleaning up code and adding better tests (just had AI write some tests)
