Fixes the malformed workflow ID error in CI workflow.
Issue: The action was returning [{] as workflow ID, causing curl to fail with "unmatched brace" error.
Solution: Updated from v1.6.1 to v1.6.5 (latest stable release).
Closes the issue reported in workflow logs.
