- Move resource waiting into Preprocess and run it after Layout for stable measurements.
- Add resource status marking (html2pdf4doc-resource-status) with warnings and html2pdf4doc:resource-issue event.
- Implement resource timeout config (resourceTimeoutMs default 2000).
- Add new e2e suite 0004_resources_preprocess covering img/bg/svg/object, scope, and event cases.
- Extend test helper with open_case_allow_resource_404 and attribute list/absence assertions.
- Expand examples with resource cases and inline expectations.
