Bring repo into compliance with AGENTS.md standards

This PR updates the repository to follow all rules and documentation standards defined in AGENTS.md.

Changes:

• Updated .husky/pre-commit to include �erify, compose-agentsmd, and git add AGENTS.md.
• Updated README.md with:
  • Supported Node.js version (>=18).
  • Links to SECURITY.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, LICENSE, CHANGELOG.md.
  • Detailed parameter documentation for CLI commands with examples.
• Fixed CHANGELOG.md to be consistent with the actual command names and storage path.
• Updated package.json with compose-agentsmd and cross-env dependencies.
• Fixed lint script compatibility for ESLint v8.x.
• Regenerated AGENTS.md to ensure it's up to date.

Tests:

• All unit tests pass with
  pm test.
• Full
  pm run verify suite passes (format, lint, build, test).
