…d docs Rename the --agents CLI flag to --targets to avoid ambiguity with the AGENT.md content type. The -a short alias is preserved. This is a clean break with no deprecation alias. - Rename flag string in all 4 command parsers (add, list, remove, sync) - Rename options property agents → targets on all CLI and pipeline types - Update all user-facing messages (errors, spinners, prompts) - Update CLI help text in all show*Help functions - Rename docs/supported-agents.md → docs/supported-targets.md - Update README.md, cli-reference.md, AGENTS.md, and sync-agents.ts - Update all unit, integration, and e2e test assertions LockEntry.agents is intentionally preserved (lock file schema).
