- Add partitionerSettings field documentation in Producer Configuration section of 20_Configuration.mdx, including selection modes table (all, one, lowerHalf, upperHalf), explicit partition list, CRC32 algorithm callout, and JSON examples - Add dedicated '## Custom Partitioner' section in 30_Usage.md with partition selection algorithm explanation, available modes table, and split-replica usage example
