Description of changes
Remove the files and pieplines associated with the Appium nugets. These were added here when we had no better way to pack and export JS artifacts from Github to our internal repo. Now we do, and FURN isn't really the place for these. If we want to recreate these, we should probably make a JS project internally that exports the same dependencies, or have FURN export a dependency profile. Regardless, the nuget pipeline with these has been failing for months and the stale lock file generates a bunch of secruity bugs (see #4033 )
