Integrate the final released react-native 0.85.3 onto the 0.85-stable branch (upgraded from the 0.85.0-nightly-20260303 fork point). - Bump react-native and @react-native/* refs to 0.85.3 across all package.json manifests. - Refresh all six platform-override manifests to baseVersion 0.85.3 (validate-overrides passes). - Add a DefaultTurboModules.cpp ReactCommon override: 0.85.3 began unconditionally referencing the C++ MutationObserver native module and the shared C++ Animated backend (AnimatedModule / NativeAnimatedNodesManagerProvider), whose gating feature flags all default to false and which RNW does not build. The override drops those dead references so Microsoft.ReactNative links. - Update pending change-file comments to reference 0.85.3. Validated: yarn build, yarn lint, validate-overrides all green; the playground (rntester) app builds, deploys, and launches against Metro.
