perhaps there needs to be a base version of Debian 12 Bookworm / Ubuntu 22.04 Jammy Jellyfish? I can update this PR for that if you see fit -- i'll look to see when the workflows are updated to make that change -- but this PR might be helpful for now as several team members did run into this issue. |

This provides a note on the Tracing document that alerts users on Linux that the version of GLIBC and the related Linux Distro like Ubuntu 24.04/Noble and Debian 13/Trixie are currently needed with glibc version 2.39+
