Weekly permissions data sync updating provisioningInfo.json with newly discovered permission deployment metadata.
Changes:
- Adds a new permission deployment entry for
ServicePrincipal.MigrateToAgentIdentity.OwnedBy(Application, PPE/public, hidden + disabled). - Adds DelegatedWork deployment variants for two internal permission keys (
_A.DG,_A.DH).
