Weekly permissions metadata sync updating permissions/new/permissions.json to reflect newly supported Microsoft Graph routes and their associated least-privilege scheme annotations.
Changes:
- Added call participant hand-raise/lower and lower-all-hands routes under calls/communications call participant POST path sets.
- Added Network Access connectivity health/function routes and Feature Settings resource routes across NetworkAccess read/readwrite permission path sets.
- Updated NetworkAccess readwrite PATCH mapping to include Feature Settings item updates.
