Weekly permissions catalog sync updating permissions/new/permissions.json to reflect newly available Microsoft Graph endpoints and their least-privilege annotations across relevant permission scopes.
Changes:
- Added new call participant hand-raise/lower actions (including
lowerAllHands) underCalls.JoinGroupCall.*path sets. - Added new Network Access endpoints for remote network health operations (
getBranchLinkHealth,getBatchHealth). - Added Network Access Feature Settings read endpoints and a Feature Settings PATCH route entry.
