Release with REST API implemented

Added support for Visa Checkout REST APIs with the exception of API Key Management Update and Delete because the Visa documentation is not clear on this.

Release with Visa Update Image helper

Added support for the Visa "Update" image, a single pixel image that can be used in place of the REST API.
