Release 0.5.0 — the agent_chronicle→agentacct rename + MCP tool rename
sentinel_*→agentacct_*(from #22). Version bump + CHANGELOG only; code is unchanged from main. After merge, taggingv0.5.0rehearses on TestPyPI; the GitHub Release (manual) publishes to PyPI via the approval gate. Upgrade note is in the CHANGELOG (re-runagentacct onboard).
