Adds PageGuard to the Performance testing tools section.
PageGuard is a free website health scanner that checks SEO, ADA/WCAG accessibility, performance, and best practices — all in a single scan. It's a useful addition for web developers who want a comprehensive overview of their site's health without juggling multiple tools.
Added in alphabetical order between Google PageSpeed Tools and WebPagetest.
