This projects is completed as part of UC Davis Data Science Intiative Challenge (http://dsi.ucdavis.edu/posts/DataFest/DataFest201820190914.html). Extracting features of wines from 1400 scanned winerymenus. The project includes applying OCR approaches (Tesseract) to extract text and applying NLP approaches to detect featuresfrom extracted texts.
