Galaxy S26 (SM-S942B) is Exynos 2600 and matches libsamsungbackend; keep S26 Ultra (SM-S948B, Snapdragon) on the qti backend.
S26 (samsung_npu) measures ~0.442 and S26 Ultra (snpe_dsp) measures ~0.332, both outside the previous bands. Widen samsung_npu max to 0.45 and snpe_dsp min to 0.33; only loosens bounds, so existing S24/S25 Ultra devices still pass.
