feat: add Wingman pink phoenix logo and favicon - #4
Merged
Conversation
Recolor the Manifest phoenix to Wingman's brand pink and use it as the app logo and favicon. Adds SVG, ICO and apple-touch icons (there was no favicon before) and drops the now-unused Manifest logo assets.

💭 Why
Wingman showed the generic Manifest wordmark and had no favicon, so browser tabs were blank. It needed its own mark.

Browser tabs now show a pink Wingman phoenix instead of a blank icon, and the header carries Wingman's own mark.
