The simulator-server binaries distributed in this repository ("the Software")
are proprietary technology developed by Software Mansion S.A. and are licensed
to mobile.dev, Inc. for use ONLY within the context of official Maestro
releases published and distributed by mobile.dev, Inc. (including Maestro CLI,
Maestro MCP, Maestro Studio, Maestro Cloud, and their direct successors).

Permitted Use
-------------
You may run, execute, and distribute the Software solely as an integrated
component of official Maestro releases published and distributed by
mobile.dev, Inc. (including Maestro CLI, Maestro MCP, Maestro Studio, Maestro
Cloud, and their direct successors).

Prohibited Use
--------------
Without prior written permission from mobile.dev, Inc., you MAY NOT:

  1. Run or execute the Software within, or as part of, any tool, product,
     service, or distribution other than the official Maestro releases
     described above.

  2. Use, invoke, embed, bundle, or otherwise incorporate the Software into
     any third-party tool, or into any tool that wraps, re-exposes, proxies,
     or otherwise builds upon Maestro functionality.

  3. Redistribute the Software as a standalone component or as part of any
     derivative work not authorized above.

  4. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
AUTHORS, COPYRIGHT HOLDERS, OR SOFTWARE MANSION S.A. BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM,
DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE
SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
