Adds the `MCP_APPS_SDK` role for `jonathanhefner` to grant admin access to the `ext-apps` repository.
Run prettier formatting on `users.ts` to reformat long `memberOf` arrays to multi-line style. Also includes minor `package-lock.json` updates from `npm install` adding peer dependency markers. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
