As this project seems stale, if anyone else stumbles on this... There is another guy that forked the project and submitted the extension to the Visual Studio Marketplace here. He also incorporated this fix along some other improvements, so you should probably be using the other extension. |

Removed the code that was constantly overriding the foreground color for SQL keywords, which should fix the color settings from visual studio being reverted.
Set a different default blue color for the SQL keywords that is easily visible across all default VS themes.
So, these issues should be fixed:
