Fix Paste Bar card alignment and bottom spacing

What changed

• Size each clip card from the available strip height instead of intrinsic content height.
• Keep the horizontal card row consistently aligned across clip types.
• Add top and bottom clearance so card edges and the selected-card ring do not sit flush against the bar.

Why

Richer or taller content could make cards appear uneven or vertically misaligned. The selection ring also had insufficient room below it.
