Summary
Adds native external-open actions to the inline preview.
Dependency
Depends on #45 and #46. The branch is intentionally stacked while those prerequisites remain unmerged upstream.

Debug Demo; Pesty window only. The native-open actions are exercised from the non-key inline preview panel, so the capture intentionally excludes the external app.
