I added multiprocessing an arg parser, and support for additional largest region algorithms, i created a new file preprocessor.py in order to not disrupt your workflow however,

Changes:

• Argument Parsing with argparse
• Modularization and Function Refactoring
• Multiprocessing for performance
  • 10x performance improvement on my system
• Improved algorithm handling
  • Added support for different algorithms to process images with a fall back to brute force

Thank you for this work, but I've realised I simply don't have the bandwidth to work through the PRs at the moment, so I'm archiving the entire repo. I'll leave this PR open so anyone can see "hey there's this cool branch with better features"
