Video Hybrid: Enough car coverage + delete pictures when discarded

Overview

Jira Ticket Reference : MN-837

• Implemented retake video:
  • If there isn’t enough car coverage (full 360° required), all photos are deleted.
  • Otherwise, it goes directly to PHOTO_CAPTURE screen
• Delete all pictures when discarding the video.
• Redirect to GALLERY when inspection is already completed (TASKS !== NOT_STARTED)
