This builds on #43 as per title.

I've verified that the LOD0 visual model was good to go, only the changes below need reviewed.

ex_common_tower_thatch.nif:

  • Needed strings stripped, did that
  • Adjusted collision on wood bits that cut through thatch, to better match visual mesh
  • Simplified collision mesh. Was 344 tris, now 296
  • Kept Sophialovesmorrowind's adjustment to brick buttress UVs because believable physics.
  • Added LODs to reduce from 6 drawcalls always to 6 at vanilla distance, 5 from 8k-16k, and 3 beyond.
  • Vanilla: 62187 bytes, Sophialovesmorrowind's version: 54835 ; new 140040 (+125% over vanilla, +155% more than the PR.)
