This PR updates the built-in AdGuard provider definition for https-dns-proxy to include IPv6 bootstrap DNS servers, enabling bootstrapping over IPv6 in addition to IPv4.
Changes:
- Expanded AdGuard’s
bootstrap_dnslist to include two IPv6 addresses alongside the existing IPv4 addresses.
