Add systemd socket-activation support. It is auto-detected and used when present.
This is useful for securing rootless containers with podman (> v2.4) by using podman's socket-activation support along with
--network=noneFYI, thanks for this little utility, I was looking for something simple to wrap git-http-backend and this seems to hit the spot.
