This is not possible it's made for desktop mouse, touch and keyboard acessibility. Hover is done by javascript. You can somehow deactivate the hover effect but not turn it into click-open. Use the area with the arrow to open it by click. There's no CSS pseudo selector :click |

i changed :hover in css file to :click and not work it
after changed :hover to :click and click on submenu my page just refreshed
how to change this style to click please help me
