- [data_loc_*.mtga] langkeys are null in 11/21 patch, so use isoCode instead.
- [data_cards_*.mtga] Keys below are not required now, so add try-except logic.

- [data_cards_*.mtga] Keys below are renamed.
- abilityId -> Id
- textId -> TextId
