Renames (13 operations): - Proxies: getProxy, activateProxy - Deployments: listProxyDeployments, createProxyDeployment, getProxyDeploymentById, patchProxyDeployment, replaceProxyDeployment, getProxyDeploymentStatus - Deployment targets: listDeploymentTargets, listMuleRuntimeVersions, listCloudHub2DeploymentTargets, listRuntimeFabricTargets - CH domains: getChDomain Summaries added to all 15 operations. getStatusVersion and getStatusEcho kept as-is. Also updated createProxyDeployment references in three JTBD skills: secure-mcp-server, secure-agent, secure-api.
