Applied cleanup for apis/cloudhub-20: - 55 operationId renames (verbose By-prefixed forms -> resource-focused names) - Summary lines added / normalized (imperative mood, no trailing period) - 3 internal x-origin cross-refs patched to renamed operations No external cross-references to other APIs, skills, or MCPs.
