Applied cleanup for apis/api-platform: - 170 operationId renames (verbose By-prefixed forms -> resource-focused names) - Summary lines added / normalized (imperative mood, no trailing period) - 1 internal x-origin cross-ref patched to renamed operation No external cross-references to other APIs, skills, or MCPs.
